QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must be a degree holder either of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration or other related degree.
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar industry, shared services, or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position
- People management experience is a plus
- Prior experience in recruiting for Design Engineers is a plus
- Must have strong sourcing experience
- Must have a wide range of connection
- Extensive experience in data processing of manpower
- Possess strong attention to detail; excellent people/leadership skills, pro-active
- Excellent planning, time management and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Great at stakeholder management
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- A flexible team player with proven ability to work in a diversified culture
- Ability to build strong relationships, internal and external
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Sr TA Officer will be instrumental in effectively implementing talent acquisition processes, procedures and strategies across multiple business units and workstera, to ensure sustainability and business growth.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborate with management to help them identify job requirements, fill their recruitment needs and ensure they are apprised of progress towards securing the requested personnel.
- Plan and evaluate the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates. Sourcing methods include traditional as well as nontraditional methods, with an emphasis toward identifying new sources of ad placement in relation to current needs
- Post internal and external job openings
- Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes for professional and managerial positions.
- Interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and oversee the scheduling of the work stream interview with the appropriate hiring manager
- Suggest salary offers, based on documented credentials during the interview process, and submits for approval
- Act as buddy for new hires. Provide appropriate orientation and onboarding as needed by the new TA Members. Give new hires the information, technology and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs
- Maintain hiring statistics specifying the various sourcing techniques through candidates are obtained. Provide status report giving detailed information on the employment activity. Create and update recruiting reports
- Provide support and partnership with stakeholders
- Mentor and help develop TA Specialists, Sourcing Specialists and Administrators
- Assist TA Lead with process design, process improvement, policy creation/update, automation and recruitment strategies
- Act as a POC when TA Lead is on-leave
- Vendor Management and Adhoc Tasks Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System
