YOUR MISSION
As we continue on our path of rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Commerical roles to join our growing talent acquisition team. This position is a key role to actively shape the success and culture of our company by attracting outstanding talent who share our values of sustainability and innovation.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Several years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Experience hiring for Commercial roles is a plus
- Driven, out-going personality that loves to engage with candidates
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align recruiting strategies with business objectives, foster a culture of growth and innovation
- Tech-savvy, with a strong interest and affinity for new technologies to develop our recruitment processes
- Proven expertise in global talent sourcing for international roles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid internal and external relationships
- Strong experience in working with data and analytics
- Excellent knowledge of English to master complex discussions and documentation, German is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable recruitment strategies for our Commercial Departments
- Work closely with our leadership and People & Talent teams to clarify talent needs and develop the right strategies together - you will take the lead over all commercial hiring
- Improve candidate engagement by putting the candidate experience at the center of all recruiting processes
- Take ownership of all recruiting databases, managing them with the utmost care; use data analytics to make strategic decisions and improve results
- Utilize technology to increase our recruiting efficiency and quality and ensure we are using the latest tools
- Keep up to date with current recruiting trends and integrate new methods to develop our team in the best possible way
