Description:

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional ready to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while playing a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of a dynamic organisation? We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, leading the recruitment function for KSA, acting as a strategic project manager and trusted advisor to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full life cycle of recruitment activity for the Clinical (Care Delivery) side of the business in line with HR compliance and global talent acquisition policies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and ensure the selection of top-quality candidates.
  • Proactively engage with candidates to fill open roles, leveraging healthcare-specific recruitment channels and networks.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent using existing advertising methods available and coming up with new resource initiatives.
  • Operate as a project manager, providing expert recruitment advice and leading initiatives to drive hiring success.
  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with recruitment and manpower agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations to guide compliant and effective hiring strategies.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
  • Develop partnerships with nursing schools, medical universities, and other relevant institutions to ensure a steady flow of talent for clinical positions.
  • Maintain a strong presence in healthcare communities to build relationships and enhance the company’s employer brand.
  • Stay informed about trends in healthcare recruitment, particularly in the dialysis market, to ensure a competitive advantage in attracting and hiring clinical talent.
  • Suggest and implement new strategies for improving clinical recruitment efforts, including creative sourcing techniques and outreach initiatives.
  • Proactively assess market conditions to identify potential shortages or surpluses in clinical talent, enabling the organization to stay ahead of future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, including background checks and credential verifications.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve the hiring process.
