Description:
SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (EAST EUROPE)
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting IQVIA Commercial’s hiring goals, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the HR team. You’ll also help shape our Employer Branding strategy to position IQVIA as an employer of choice. In this role, you’ll join a vibrant Talent Acquisition EMEA community, working alongside over 20 passionate professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house settings.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide market insights.
- Fluent both in English and in Russian.
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
- Customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with recruitment KPIs.
- Understanding of market trends and effective remote working relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to source and hire top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (direct search, referrals, etc.) and dedicated systems.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Talent Search team to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to identify early talent.
- Suggest improvements to streamline the hiring process.
- Deploy the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and boost brand awareness.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Primarily focus on East Europe, but support recruitment in other EMEA countries as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends and digital recruitment solutions.
- Act as a buddy for new TA team members.
