Right now, we are looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing hiring manager relationships. Gaining clear understanding of role requirements and supporting managers in their recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview and offer stage
  • Managing candidate relationships. Including pre-screening candidates, telephone and face to face interviewing, progress updates and preparing offer.
  • Sourcing of candidates using main and niche channels (data base research; job-board searching / networking; external agencies and press, social and multimedia advertising)
  • Use of assessment tools and techniques, including competency identification and interviewing, psychometric tools and data and candidate assessment centers.
  • Providing coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment techniques.
  • Handling of confidential data and information.
  • Developing talent-related processes, practices and strategies.
