Eager to make meaningful and impactful contributions in the field of human resources? Here at Ericsson, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you would be responsible of end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, following standard processes and procedures. You would also have the chance to play a vital role in HR delivery projects and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Drive kick off meetings with the hiring managers and act as a consultant in each phase of the recruitment process in order to deliver top results (identify key qualifications and skills needed for each role and develop best recruitment strategies)
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract top talent.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates and engage in proactive communication to create a positive candidate experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations on trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize the hiring process.
