JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Senior TA Consultant to fill a vacancy created by a colleague’s exciting internal career move. This position is based in London City and involves overseeing all white-collar recruiting activities for the Human Nutrition unit. Roles to hire include: key account managers, marketing, supply chain, R&D, product developers, flavorists, regulatory, and operations. The scope covers the UK and other selected countries in EMEA. You’ll be part of a larger EMEA Talent Acquisition team and report to the TA Leader EMEA Nutrition based in Germany.
In this role, you will have a hands-on approach in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from the definition of the hiring need until the offer is accepted, delivering a high-level experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the cycle.
You will be able to bring your market knowledge to the table and use these knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies and keep a solid candidate pipeline. There is a lot of room for creativity on how to find and attract the best candidates, in particular for niche roles.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter the most for this role:
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the life sciences, agrifood, pharma, biotech or similar industry
- Comfortable working in matrix, international, and multicultural organizations
- Prior agency experience is a great advantage
- Experience with talent sourcing for niche roles
- Experience with using a diverse set of ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, Kenexa and other sourcing channels
- Customer relationship oriented, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Ownership and entrepreneur mindset
- English is our working language therefore you need to be comfortable working in this language, other European languages are a plus
- Open to occasional international business trips
