We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our established Recruitment team. You will support Account Managers with recruitment needs across client accounts, sourcing and networking to build strong talent pipelines to fill client requirements.
Responsibilities:
While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:
- Working across key accounts prioritising client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client and company SLA’s.
- Accurately update all recruitment trackers and present Recruitment progress updates at team meetings.
- Source candidates through a range of resources, including direct and passive, building relationships and creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the job requirements as well as the cultural company fit
- Matching talent pool candidates to suitable live roles as they come through
- Manage candidates from screening through to offer and onboarding
- Creating and placing advertisements for vacant positions
- Creating social media campaigns for open roles and visibility
- Deliver other requests as required on an ad hoc basis.
- Monitor and maintain live roles on the Recruitment Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate and organise interviews
- Maintain accurate talent acquisition data and documentation and provide regular reporting updates across teams and to management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a similar Talent/Recruitment/Sourcing role
- Experience in Contractor hiring a plus
- Passionate about Financial Services, with a candidate-centred approach
- Proven track record of meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
- Knowledge/experience of hiring across EMEA a plus, but not a necessity
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong language skills, with comfort in producing external marketing content and candidate summaries for internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong Educational Background – Degree
