Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for designing innovative strategies to attract and recruit high-level talent. They will play a crucial role in expanding our international team by identifying and integrating the best candidates.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the talent acquisition partners and leaders across Canada to define international recruitment needs, develop effective approaches and manage the entire recruitment process, from posting to hiring.
- Use market research tools to propose targeted sourcing and strategies, adapted to the expertise sought (countries, schools, companies, etc.).
- Explore and test platforms and channels in different countries to maximize the visibility of our opportunities on a global scale.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with international business units, while ensuring smooth coordination to promote our offers within a global network.
- Create and manage international talent pools to meet our recurring recruitment needs.
- Lead certain initiatives for the international team, whether they are projects aimed at attracting talent or welcoming our international recruits.
- Develop partnerships with organizations working for newcomers, in order to facilitate their integration.
- Actively contribute to international team meetings by offering strategic advice for the development of projects (HR/manager training, process optimization, etc.).
- Offer personalized support and advice to talent acquisition teams, human resources and leaders.
- Ensure the administrative management of certain initiatives: assigning and training international resources, coordinating training sessions, and adjusting welcome content.
- Actively promote professional opportunities through your network, participate in international recruitment fairs, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to local recruitment efforts, from time to time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English
- Experience in international recruitment and onboarding of newcomers (asset)
- Mastery of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, etc.
- Passion for talent identification and research
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Proactive approach with a desire to innovate and improve existing practices
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role which requires interactions with national and international clients.
