Job Description
Procore’s People Team is looking for a Senior Talent Business Partner, to help grow our culture of innovation and award-winning team as we scale, with particular ownership of our rapidly growing operations in Europe. You’ll be working directly with our Revenue and Product & Technology teams to lead the decision-making process on organisation design and development, talent and workforce strategy, diversity equity and inclusion and much more. As an integral member of our team, you’ll assess, build, coach, and influence our sales talent and leaders. Our talent approach is to utilise technology, develop strong managers, and focus on creating a transparent talent framework that allows our teams to thrive and succeed.

This position can be located in our Dublin or London Office or remotely. It will report to our Senior Director of International Talent Business Partners. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver our global people strategy effectively in region, through effective partnerships with global talent business partners, business leaders and managers
  • Work closely with leadership and managers to lead on organisational design and development, change management, workforce planning, DEIB strategy, talent strategy, employee engagement, communication, and program rollouts in support of delivering required business outcomes.
  • Support the leadership and management team in developing and driving a high performance culture.
  • Provide expert executive coaching and support leadership development of the regional leadership team.
  • Embody the core values we have as an organisation of openness, ownership and optimism.
  • Partner with other departments and teams in the organisation in order to solidify open communication, consistent collaboration, and effective workflow for all operations and strategic purposes
  • Analyse data and reports to assist in determining trends, themes, make recommendations and develop action plans that provide for continuous improvement within the department and organisation
  • Lead on taking a holistic view of HR compliance and best practices across the employee lifecycle by market, collaborating with business and COEs to drive improvements and proactively planning for compliance with changing market requirements.
  • Acts as an owner of complex ER cases and is a point of escalation for the Talent Generalist on employee and labour relations. Proactively supports the global organisation to operate compliantly and effectively in an international employment context.
