Description:

This role is a position specializing in Talent Management, Employee Engagement as well as our Performance and Development programs. If you have an interest in owning and driving Talent Programs and have a customer centric disposition this is the role for you.
Our team is looking for an eager, self-driven, incumbent who is looking to make their mark in the Talent portfolio. As a core member of this Centre of Excellence (COE) you are motivated by driving valuable solutions and experiences for HR teams, managers and employees in the field. If you are someone who likes to uncover problems, design solutions, as well as plan and execute them, this is the role for you.

You are:

  • Self-motivated to own and drive the talent programs within your portfolio
  • Obsessed with understanding customer or stakeholder’s needs and delivering valuable solutions to them
  • Creative at generating ideas and solutions that advance talent programs and deliver on business needs
  • Always looking for a way to make something better
  • System-savvy, comfortable with data and processes while approaching things with an analytical mind
  • Professional, tactful and discrete with confidential and sensitive information

You have:

  • 3-5 years of Human Resources Experience
  • Experience in an HR Business partner role that directly supports a client group
  • Post Secondary Education
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer focused with a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in MS Excel, reporting and analysis of people or other data
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude
  • Responsible for driving the Enterprise-wide Engagement program and survey
  • Responsible for the Performance Management and Development process and program
  • Delivering an exceptional level of service to our customers
  • Planning, managing and driving program cycles, program continuous improvement efforts and larger projects or initiatives
  • Ongoing engagement with stakeholders to gauge program effectiveness, adoption and areas of improvement
  • Managing tools, reports, analytics and information around the programs to ensure they are easily accessible, correct, relevant and available to stakeholders at the right time
