Employment type: Full-time Monday-Friday 9-6 (flexi hours possible)
Remote status: Hybrid remote. We are currently in the office 2 days per week. Based near Monument/Bank Station.
Salary: £44,000
Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 2.5 hours.
Reporting to: Head of Talent
Start date: ASAP

WHERE YOU COME IN

Sixteenth is looking for a Senior Talent Manager to represent our roster of Creators. You will work to develop the professional brand and business of your own assigned roster of Creators, which will involve creating commercial opportunities for Creators and building brilliant relationships with a network of Clients.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

… you have a genuine passion for the creator economy.
… you have 3+ years’ experience in in Talent Management.
… you have a fluent understanding of creator marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR.
… you have a proven record of generating new business and selling.
… you have a balance of commercial acumen and a creative mind-set.
… [desirable] you have a strong understanding of the audio experience and podcast landscape.
…[desirable] you have some line management experience.
