Contract Duration - 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll lead the charge in sourcing, relocating, and onboarding top global talent. With a sharp eye for recruitment metrics, you’ll bring structure and insight to our talent acquisition strategy, delivering best-in-class support to both candidates and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to ensure our talent pipeline aligns with the company’s ambitious goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 4+ experience in international recruitment.
- Relocation Expertise: Proven experience in managing candidate relocation processes, ideally across multiple regions (Essential).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment data and reporting, with a strong understanding of key metrics and data-driven hiring.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills and experience managing relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Tools & Technologies: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
- International Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Relocation: Facilitate the relocation process for international candidates, working closely with HR to support smooth transitions.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment analytics and reporting to identify trends, optimize the hiring process, and inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, delivering recruitment insights and regular updates to meet evolving business needs.
- Structured Approach in a Fast-Paced Environment: Drive an organized, structured recruitment process that can adapt to rapid changes and high-volume hiring.
- Recruitment Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed recruitment reports to provide insights and track progress against hiring goals.
