YOUR MISSION

  • Active Outreach & Recruitment:
  • Lead active outreach efforts for top-priority roles.
  • Take full ownership of all recruitment activities at Klim.
  • Assist leadership in strategic recruitment planning.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Assess and improve existing recruitment processes to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Streamline decentralized recruitment practices across teams.
  • Develop and implement inclusive recruitment practices to attract and recruit diverse talent.
  • Establish a recruitment process that promotes diversity and inclusivity at all levels.
  • Enablement & Training:
  • Develop and deliver training for managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices.
  • Empower managers and interviewers to handle recruitment autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Improve Candidate & Manager Experience:
  • Create a candidate playbook and documentation to help candidates succeed in their roles.
  • Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with the Head of People to identify and prioritize recruitment improvements.
  • Tool Optimization:
  • Maximize the impact of the recruitment tool Personio, or assess the need for alternative tools.
  • Organize and secure recruitment data, ensuring compliance with personal data regulations.
  • Create a data driven recruitment operation
  • Employer Branding:
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Promote Klim as an employer of choice in the industry.
