Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner (Northern Hemisphere) for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our People & Culture team. The position is based out of the UK.
In this role, you will report to the Head of People & Culture and you will have ownership of the Squiz recruitment process covering the Northern Hemisphere (EMEA and AMER). As a trusted business partner, working strategically with your stakeholders, you will ensure that we attract and retain the very best talent the market has to offer.
The ideal candidate will have interest and experience as a HR generalist therefore capable of contributing to the EMEA People & Culture function. This would include participating in strategic and cyclical people and culture initiatives whilst advising on People matters across the people life cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience with people partnering with Technology stakeholders highly regarded.
  • A talent acquisition expert who has credibility and gives confidence to the business

  • Strong leadership and people management to drive others to perform effectively and be positive about their experience at Squiz

  • Experience executing cyclical P&C processes, organisational design and managing complex ER cases.A demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, including applicable state and national employment laws and regulations.

  • Location: London but will consider Edinburgh (with ability to access the office 1-2 times per week)

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - NORTHERN HEMISPHERE TALENT MANAGEMENT

  • Partner with leaders to successfully recruit great people to the Squiz teams in the Northern Hemisphere.
  • This is a full 360 role, briefing, sourcing, screening, assisting in interviews when required and managing candidate experience and offers etc.
  • In collaboration with the People & Culture Team, help develop talent strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Set up and maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates for future needs
  • Organise recruitment activities and events that establish our presence ensuring a strong employer brand
  • Review roles and skills needed across the business to ensure meet business objectives and our people are in roles and having impact
  • Develop an internal mobility approach and build succession planning across core roles
  • Develop and implement workforce planning to anticipate hiring needs
  • Determine best measures and metrics for recruitment success
  • Train and guide leaders in effective interviewing and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - UK BUSINESS PARTNER

  • Offer coaching, counselling, and learning solutions to leaders and employees to promote professional development and career progression opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, advising on People matters across the entire people life cycle.
  • Assist in managing cyclical P&C processes for the UK, including the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Provide guidance on organisational design, and coach managers to optimise team structures and manage change effectively.
  • Act as an ER subject matter expert for the UK, staying current on employment law and ensuring policies are effectively implemented.
  • Use people metrics to enhance performance management and influence decision-making, driving continuous improvement across teams.
  • Champion industry best practices and emerging HR trends, fostering a culture of innovation within the People team.
