As a global Talent Acquisition Team, we focus on finding great talents, anticipating business needs, and supporting our hiring managers in hiring successfully. We aim for successful long-term hires and drive an innovative recruiting process with a great candidate experience.
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist for our R&D Talent Team, especially for our Market-oriented/Leadership Team. You’ll lead and drive our end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with our leaders to source and attract the best talent to Dynatrace.

Your role in the team:

  • Be the market expert: You will develop and drive the strategic search for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
  • Attract: You’ll push the status quo and concentrate on finding innovative ways to attract talent.
  • Partner: To address strategic long-term needs, foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Evangelize: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador and work closely with our Employer Branding team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of working experience in the recruitment industry, across several technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
  • Experience in sourcing leadership profiles.
  • Good understanding of the SaaS market and the ability to work strategically on business needs.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Profound communication skills in English and ability to lead meetings in a way that facilitates thoughtful conversation.
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions and understand the goals of the business.
