Responsibilities:
- Oversee a varied client portfolio, conduct client meetings, and deliver customized tax solutions.
- Offer tax advisory services on structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and post-transaction planning.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting during audits.
- Draft comprehensive tax memos and reports, keeping clients informed on changes in tax laws.
- Handle legal matters, review contracts, and work closely with legal advisors.
