Payment Innovation and Projects Delivery team in Global Operations and Business Services unit, is responsible for developing and maintaining the near-term strategy and execution roadmaps for Payments, with a focus on initiatives that create business value while continuing to build towards our Payments Platform target state vision. With an enterprise-wide focus, the team is charged with ownership of the Payments Platform and associated capabilities that can be leveraged across global multiple lines of business, products, and features.

perform:

• Contributes to a culture of innovation, actively seeking ways to enhance the capability and performance efficiency, efficacy, and success of TD Securities
• Work with Global Operations Executives to ensure effective communication, integration of project issues and deliverables, and clear articulation of business requirements pertaining to Operational impacts
• Use negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop high level and detailed requirements by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for process optimization. Work with functional team to produce detailed functional specifications. Work with end users and other Business Analysts to analyze, develop and recommend solutions to problems
• Develop and coordinate test strategy, plan and test cases ensuring adherence to agreed upon business requirements and participate in the testing of developed systems/solutions
• Document Business or Stakeholder Requirements in Agile format User Stories that can be understood by the intended solution developers.
• Document detailed test cases with data input and output to be consumed by Quality Engineer team to develop E2E testing automation to meet established expected Acceptance Criteria, inclusive test cases can be linked to User Stories.
• Utilize experience on some technical tools like UI Path, Python, Alteryx, JavaScript to collaborate with Quality Engineering team to participate in POCs to find possible solutions to testing automation challenges
• Assume an “ownership” role, to ensure deliverables meet business and end-user requirement and conduct implementation and post implementation activities
• Ensures end-to-end delivery of projects including Change Management stream in creating training artefacts and training to business teams
• Manages resolution of issues and risks effectively and if required ensures timely escalation of the issues and risks
• Communicates effectively at scrum sessions to resolve issues, challenges on a timely manner to meet project timeline.

• Strong working knowledge of Agile project management techniques and tools including Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in business testing including creation of test strategy, plan, cases and

scripts for automated and manual testing.

• Experience in the concept of E2E testing automation framework.
• Understanding of development, data manipulation and scripting techniques would enhance the partnership with Quality Engineering team to build robust repeatable tests harness
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery are considered an asset
• Good presentation skills, with an ability to work effectively with a number of partners
• Knowledge of SWIFT, life cycle of a payment and Global Transaction Banking

services is an asset

• Familiarity with implementation cycle of a product is an asset
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 standards is an asset
