Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the group’s financial accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage and coordinate the consolidation of financial statements for 25+ entities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement (Team of 6 in Frankfurt + more in our other offices).
- Work closely with other finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Develop, implement, and enhance internal controls and accounting policies.
- Streamline accounting processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP.
- Coordinate audit schedules, liaise with external auditors, and assist with tax and regulatory compliance.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc financial analyses and projects (in cooperation with our Controlling team)
