As a Senior Team Member, you’ll play a dual role in leading our dynamic team and maintaining our centre’s facilities and track. Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Operations: Support team management, foster a positive work environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee track maintenance and ensure all equipment and facilities are in excellent condition (note: kart maintenance is handled separately).
• Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering outstanding service to our guests.
• Problem-Solving: Act quickly and efficiently to resolve any maintenance or operational challenges.
