Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, highly skilled Senior Technical Artist to work on our recently released title XDefiant.
As our Senior Technical Artist, you will focus on bridging the gap between art, design and engineering to deliver on our player experience. You will collaborate with studio leaders and directors within a multi-disciplinary team to define workflows that support art and animation assets within our gameplay features. You will also contribute to performance evaluation and optimization throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Support creative game content production teams in achieving high visual quality, performance and gameplay.
  • Implementing technical and creative solutions within multidisciplinary teams to modify and refine gameplay experiences, towards realizing a polished feature.
  • Work creatively and technically in both DCC and game engine workflows.
  • Develop technical and creative solutions to solve performance and production issues while executing artistic and game vision.
  • Produce and maintain documentation on tools, methods, processes, and workflows.
  • Identify and develop art and animation pipeline optimizations and tools for new and existing production workflow.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate to solve creative problems.
  • As a senior team player you will be supporting, collaborating, mentoring and motivating other tech artists, growing and supporting each tech artist and the team into greater success.
