Description:
We’re searching for Senior Tech Talent Partners to join our team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier senior tech talent across global markets. You’ll be the strategic bridge between our multinational tech driven clients and the talent they need, ensuring the highest standards of recruitment excellence.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to managing offer negotiations for senior and confidential roles. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll help guide the recruitment strategy whilst delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to mentor junior recruiters and build out phenomenal tech teams for our high-profile clients.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing job descriptions, advertising roles, mapping talent, sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
- Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders, fostering lasting relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Source and engage with senior tech talent globally, using the latest AI tools and platforms to identify and map exceptional candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments at the screening or first interview stage.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the values of both our team and our clients.
- Manage complex offers and candidate closes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful hires.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
