You can play a crucial role in reversing this trend by ensuring that our teams are working together towards shared goals.
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving product adoption and revenue growth. You’ll leverage your listening skills, customer intuition, and technical knowledge to build strong client relationships and provide solutions to their complex business challenges.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Listen to customer needs, define communication strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Be an active member of the team contributing ideas and insight to develop our products and practices to meet emerging customer needs
- Understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Identify opportunities, develop plans, and contribute to revenue growth
- Be the first point of contact for customers as they onboard and use our solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Provide product demos and technical guidance
- Track and report on key account metrics
