JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable Windows server environments. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, optimize system performance, and conduct root cause analysis for system and application issues. Additionally, you will develop automation solutions, architect virtualization strategies, and lead infrastructure projects. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining security best practices, and providing mentorship to junior team members. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies will be essential to evaluate their potential impact on our organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional, etc.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

Windows consultant + AWS cloud Experience

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable Windows server environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of system and application issues, including performance optimization and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
• Architect and deploy virtualization solutions utilizing VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects, including server migrations, upgrades, and consolidation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain security best practices to protect against internal and external threats.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, and share knowledge through training sessions and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization

Qualifications:

• 15 Years + Experience in Window

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Proven experience with AWS Cloud services and solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization and root cause analysis.
• Experience in leading and participating in infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement and maintain them.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies
