Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years of experience in professional services or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource Management).
  • Proven ability to lead technical implementations, manage projects, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM) or Certified System Administrator. Extra Goodness if you hold CIS outside of SPM (ITSM, EA, ITAM, ITOM, CSM).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow SPM with tools like Jira, SAP, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This role focuses on transforming business processes, delivering measurable outcomes, and ensuring successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate workshops to assess current processes and define optimized workflows aligned with customer goals.
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
  • Conduct and oversee unit testing for configurations and developments.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating SPM modules like Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Resource Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and finalize technical documentation, including business requirement workbooks.
  • Deliver training and mentoring to client teams to enable effective platform usage.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow platform developments, certifications, and best practices.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide insights for enhancing platform capabilities based on real-world client experiences.
