NetReveal is our flagship product with a customer base of global top tier financial institutions. Our solution is constantly gaining market share in the detection and prevention of financial crime and fraud. The product is also applicable to credit risk, counterterrorism, anti-money laundering and other investigative functions/processes.
Our Technical Consultants possess critical skills to implement, integrate, upgrade, administer, support and extend NetReveal applications. These are exciting roles with ownership of one or more areas of delivery within proof of concepts, analysis and design phases, refreshes, implementations and upgrades!
Job Description:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience or equivalent in a technical role such as technical/IT support, software installation, system engineering or similar
• Previous experience of setting up development environments and software deployment
• Degree in a technical discipline such as computer science or similar
• Practical experience working with various databases and good knowledge of SQL (e.g. indexes/performance optimization)
• Experience working with enterprise operating systems - Linux
• Prior experience creating Bash scripts and debugging them
• Knowledge of software development tools, principles, and techniques.
• Good communication skills and experience of team working and problem-solving skills
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Desirable skills:

• Experience / knowledge of application servers such as JBoss, Websphere, Apache Tomcat
• Real time messaging queues and systems (JMS, MQ)
• Understanding of Java and J2EE architectures
• Fluency in additional European language would be a strong advantage
• Understanding of cloud services AWS/Azure

• Creating and maintain NetReveal project environments for top tier global financial institutions
• Deploying NetReveal application releases internally and on client site if required
• Participating in technical workshops and meetings (internal and external)
• Investigating and resolve technical issues
• Providing support to clients’ technical staff regarding NetReveal set up
• Capturing and documenting requirements and installation guides
• Developing and documenting configurations for the NetReveal Application, application environment etc.
• Partnering with teams based in Poland, UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America, and APAC
• Using your organizational and planning skills to maintain performance and manage your time effectively
• Implementing technical processes
