QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 5-7+ years of experience in any of the following at a SaaS/iPaaS company:
• 
  
  
  
• Technical Instruction

• Solutions engineering or consulting (pre or post sales)
• Customer-facing professional services
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, or similar.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training and certification programs, preferably in the field of cloud integration or iPaaS.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies are a plus.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Instructor/Trainer, iPaaS to join the Education and Training team working closely with cross business functions to create, execute and operationalize instructor-led training, both virtually and in-person for primarily our internal teams and customers where needed. This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and empowering others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with iPaaS solutions and a proven track record of successful training and certification delivery.
You will also be responsible for:
