Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and impact project design plans for the Electrical systems at site.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Key project stakeholders.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures .
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of systems.
  • Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Positively impact the Electrical infrastructure operation and maintenance.
  • Embed and Manage CBRE SSOW and controls to an auditable standard for the Electrical systems on site.
  • Ensure high quality delivery of PPM and reactive works to meet SLA.
  • Understand and implement QHSE policy requirements.
  • Embed and review risk assessments and audit H&S compliance of teams working on infrastructure.
  • Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
  • Takes Ownership, ability to motivate self and team, Articulate, Good communicator.
  • To develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE staff and client.
  • Management of CBRE sub-contractors works, ensuring accurate PPM task completion.
  • Coordination and reporting of remedial actions associated with CBRE partners.
  • Continual surveillance of Electrical systems and all works undertaken on the premises.
  • Commercial acumen and strong customer relationship skills.
  • Acting Duty HV/LV Authorised Person
