Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and impact project design plans for the Electrical systems at site.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Key project stakeholders.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures .
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of systems.
- Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Positively impact the Electrical infrastructure operation and maintenance.
- Embed and Manage CBRE SSOW and controls to an auditable standard for the Electrical systems on site.
- Ensure high quality delivery of PPM and reactive works to meet SLA.
- Understand and implement QHSE policy requirements.
- Embed and review risk assessments and audit H&S compliance of teams working on infrastructure.
- Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
- Takes Ownership, ability to motivate self and team, Articulate, Good communicator.
- To develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE staff and client.
- Management of CBRE sub-contractors works, ensuring accurate PPM task completion.
- Coordination and reporting of remedial actions associated with CBRE partners.
- Continual surveillance of Electrical systems and all works undertaken on the premises.
- Commercial acumen and strong customer relationship skills.
