YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of leading software products from concept to market with a knack for exploring new opportunities
  • Daily collaboration with engineers to refine plans and tasks
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels
  • Excellent English skills to navigate complex tech discussions
  • Experience with B2B products
  • Experience in the Telco industry (knowledge of eTOM)
  • Understanding of networking, network protocols, and software architectures
  • Hands-on experience with product marketing
  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define clear feature specifications through user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineers to evaluate feature feasibility and manage technical risks
  • Prioritize tasks and manage the product backlog for development teams
  • Foster clear communication and collaboration between product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant technologies and development processes
  • Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders across departments
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that user feedback and data-driven insights guide product enhancements and iterations
