Join EPAM as a Senior Technical Product Manager.
In this role, you’ll be the liaison between EPAM team and the client’s business, IT, and product management organizations, establish effective collaboration between different roles and practices inside EPAM, and develop, manage, and maintain a long-term product roadmap.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, with demonstrated experience in digital product management
• A strategic thinker with the ability to formulate comprehensive product strategies
• Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the product space
• Proven ability to influence without authority and capacity to influence decision-making across a wide variety of roles and levels in the organization
• Strong understanding of how the product management team should be structured to deliver value

• Be the liaison between EPAM team and the client’s business, IT, and product management organizations
• Establish effective collaboration between different roles and practices inside EPAM
• Develop, manage, and maintain a long-term product roadmap that outlines future releases, initiatives, and capabilities
• Translate business capabilities into target product features and manage product milestones
• Coach and mentor junior product managers, setting a positive example for team collaboration
