As our new Senior Technical Product Manager, you will report to Director, Product Management and will be the primary lead and responsible for the full product life cycle of the product portfolio for Monitoring systems. You will closely collaborate with main stakeholders across the company, including Business Unites, Key Account Managers, the Product Development teams and across the product managers on the other product groups. You will drive and ensure a clear and updated Business/Product Strategy, Product Roadmap and Business Briefs as well as take full ownership of the Monitoring systems product group business performance.
As a key member in the Monitoring systems product group, you will lead the full product life cycle of our products, platforms, modules, and components. You will actively participate in developing and executing the Product Management Function Strategy, driving business insights on market trends, customer needs, user experience, technological advancements, and overall business performance.

  • Master’s degree in Technical/Commercial or Business Development Engineering
  • Min. + 10 years professional experience incl. 3 -5 years in Product Management
  • Experience with Conditioning Monitoring Solutions, other types of monitoring, and understanding of the related digital technologies will be an asset.
  • Experience within renewable energy, Power-to-X or the likes is advantageous.
  • Strong business and commercial understanding
  • Strong program/project management and communication skills
  • Systematic with attention to details, especially when it comes to understanding the business risks
  • Good skills within market- and financial analysis
  • High level skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Your place of work will be in our HQ in Ikast or Hammel.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the full product life cycle of the products, platforms, modules and components within the product group of Monitoring systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving Business insights i.e., market, customers, users, technologies and actual business performance
  • Driving Business/Product Strategy signed off during the yearly business development strategy or when changes needed
  • Driving Product Roadmap and ensure it is always updated and reflecting reality
  • Fulfilling the Product Development framework / tools and contributing to its further development
  • Ensuring Product Master Data is created and kept updated
  • Ensuring creation of strong Business Briefs incl. business case for each Development initiative.
  • Ensuring preparation and performance of strong presentations to stakeholders and customers
  • Acting as end-to-end owner of the product and services
  • Ensuring strong coordination and collaboration with Product Marketing
  • Leading the necessary training of Sales
  • Participating in customer meetings and ensure strong understanding of customer needs
  • Monitoring product and service performance and lead initiatives regarding maintenance, update or eventually phasing-out of products and services
  • Ensuring strong collaboration with the Business Units and Product Development to bridge the needs / abilities with the business insights
