Responsibilities:
- Build and refine the Company’s product strategy for our technical landscape with our platform architect and define roadmaps and backlogs leading into sprints considering our go-to-market strategy and competitive positioning
- Develop innovative concepts for the expansion and modernization of our software landscape, define detailed requirements, scope with development and remain highly approachable throughout the development process and ensure all deliverables follow the “definition-of-done”
- Ensure our platform runs at scale and achieves highest availability by being the driver and sparring partner of your development teams
- Drive for Security as one of our highest standards – your team ensures the system is up to date on certifications, updates and free of vulnerabilities.
- Package our multiple deployment options so they are well implemented and understood by customers
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our product, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, and offer guidance to internal and external teams through client workshops (presales) and QBRs (post-sales)
- Monitor and analyze delivered features/functions and optimize where needed
