Description:
EPSF (Edge + Platform Security Fundamentals) team looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive a customer-obsessed engineering teams. EPSF team is responsible for ensuring development of secure products and services across Microsoft businesses. EPSF team builds scalable products and solutions that enable partner teams to deliver secure products and services to Microsoft customers. In this role, you will help product teams secure platforms and services built at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, exemplary communication skills and a solid understand of security fundamentals
REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience delivering products in highly matrixed organization
- 2+ years practical experience of implementing data security, information security and cloud security controls
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Understanding of LLM and AI technologies, data analytics and processing systemsand quality evaluation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-division alignment among product teams to improve security posture of platform and services.
- Effectively communicate the security strategy with partners in Microsoft.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for boarder organization.
- Familiarity with security technologies like static and dynamic analysis
