    This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE…

  • 6+ years of relevant project management experience including specific experience for supporting rapid global product launches and geo expansions across globally diverse highly motivated and results oriented team
  • Passion for driving rapid successful growth with the mental flexibility to adapt to new approaches and unconventional thinking in a rapidly changing business and technical environment
  • Ability to build and drive flexible tools and solutions which listen to the pulse of business units in support of project management
  • Solid track record of developing systemic architecture to support critical testing activities
  • Outstanding business partnering skills including the ability to build senior level relationships, trust and get things done across functional boundaries.
  • Good business judgment, ability to interact with senior business partners and confidence to advocate for “the right thing to do for the business with integrity”

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and radiating project and program roadmaps while maintaining project metrics dashboards for regular stakeholder reporting
  • Detailing as-is business and technology processes. Identifying, communicating, and driving adoption of optimized to-be process improvements
  • Communicating with technical leads for resource assignments and handling sophisticated dependencies in line with project timelines
  • Leading regular project meetings including agile ceremonies, project milestone updates, and roadmap planning sessions
  • Working pro-actively to remove impediments and blockages while managing and mitigating project risks
  • Encouraging self-governance and accountability within the team and maintaining the information flow from team to Stakeholders and Sponsors
  • Establishing and encouraging strong working relationships, with a strong emphasis on pragmatic problem solving
  • Supporting the Global Corporate Technology Program Office to advocate continuous improvement throughout business processes including Change Management, Problem Management, and delivery methodology adaptations
