SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER AT VITESTRO

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of multiple, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires an individual who can drive projects to successful completion while managing stakeholders, resources, risks, and timelines effectively.

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, including developers, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure contingency plans are in place.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership and support to ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with organizational goals.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and technology, to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
