REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT and creative roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the media and technology industries is a plus.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the company, with a particular focus on IT and creative roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as a deep understanding of the media and technology industries. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates, through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for all roles.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment activity to senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain high-quality hiring standards.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Halo Media’s employer brand and attract top talent through creative and engaging recruitment campaigns.
