SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting at a startup
• High intrinsic motivation and a strong work ethic
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
• Effective communication skills, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to create hiring funnel reports and identify areas for process improvement

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, full-cycle technical recruiter to hire engineers for our Sunnyvale, CA, and London offices. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to closing. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to find top talent, map the market, and successfully close candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end technical hiring process (sourcing to closing).
• Hire C++, backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers for on-site roles in Sunnyvale, CA, or London.
• Comfortably handle 2–3 open positions at a time.
