WHAT (EXACTLY) WILL YOU DO?
As a Technical Recruiter in DATAPAO, your impact and responsibilities will include:
HOW WILL WE MEASURE SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE?
Our Recruitment Analytics dashboard tracks four metrics on a bi-yearly basis:
- Candidate experience
- Funnel conversion by role type
- Delivery vs. plan
- 1-year retention rate
While we believe these are essential recruitment metrics, we’re open to iterating together on the dashboard as different metrics lose or gain relevance as an organization grows.
You’ll also have a set of objectives to work towards every six months. These will be aligned with our short and medium-term organizational needs and recruitment priorities. Achieving these objectives or failing to do so will impact your evaluation within our performance cycles.
At a high level, you can expect the following selection flow for this role:
- Screening Interview - with the Head of People (~45 min.)
- Take-home Study Case - 2 to 3 tasks simulating real-world challenges
- Core Skills Interview - with the Head of People and a People Team member (~75 min.)
- Internal Customers Interview - with 2 of your future internal customers (~60 min.
