QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience for technical roles in an agency environment.
- Skilled in Boolean search with the ability to create effective Boolean strings.
- Passionate about learning! We provide training on technical subjects to help you better understand the positions!
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong presence on LinkedIn
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Understanding of the electrical industry, including key roles and skill sets
- Experience using ATS platforms (PC Recruiter experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to work across different time zones (supporting East and West Coast clients).
- Competitive, results-oriented, and proactive personality with a “go-getter” attitude.
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts in the electrical industry. This is a full-cycle recruitment role that works closely with our in-house sourcing agents. Our sourcing agents are electrical engineers who leverage their technical expertise and use multiple sourcing tools and resume databases to fill your pipeline with qualified candidates.
