We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Specialist (m/w/d) to join our world-class Sales team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving the development and implementation of our Purification Business in Central Europe! KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proven track record of establishing goals and achieving results.
- Highly motivated and well-organized self-starter.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and work through networks.
- Ability to run business remotely in a highly matrix organization
- Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce.com.
- Collaborative individual, capable of effectively collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, and customer service teams.
- Open to extensive travel within the region.
- Business fluent in English and German, with French as a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve business objectives to improve our Thermo Fisher presence in the Downstream Processing (DSP) market.
- Influence the use and evaluation of our CaptureSelect and POROS Bioprocess chromatography resins in Pharmaceutical and Biotech organizations.
- Engage with various levels of technical, manufacturing, and commercial partners, employing differentiated sales strategies based on customer segment and molecule entity
- Handle accounts with key influencers by collaborating closely with the Bioproduction Accounts Managers.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase market share in the region.
- Maintain and grow business within existing key accounts by maximising our global engagement
- Discover and develop new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide accurate forecasts, lost order reporting, and competitive information on a regular basis.
- Ensure efficient and effective utilization of vital resources.
