Description:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You have completed training in an IT profession or have a comparable qualification and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the area of technical support or operational services.
  • You have strong knowledge of SQL queries database systems as well as of the standard applications of Microsoft Office.
  • You have strong knowledge with Windows and good knowledge in Linux and macOS.
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge and experience in the area of virtualization, e.g. Hyper-V or Xen as well as Citrix and terminal environments, e.g. Citrix XenApp and basic knowledge in the area of accounting as well as working with ticket and CRM systems.
  • You have an independent way of working as well as a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn. Initial management experiences round off your profile.
  • You are fluent in German and bring good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our Technical Operational Services team is responsible for helping customers, partners, and colleagues with any questions around our software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • The focus of your job is the installation, configuration, administration and error analysis of our Lucanet software for employees, partners and customers in topics of ETL interfaces and relational database management systems.
  • Among other things, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the project manager and IT department during Technical Kick-Off meetings with new customers as well as during Proof of Concept phases.
  • You will create and maintain technical FAQ articles on the Lucanet homepage and conduct internal trainings.
  • You will help in the onboarding process of new colleagues and take on the role of a mentor.
