Responsibilities:
This is a contract position with a high likelihood of turning into a permanent position.
As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll source and engage top-tier talent across North America. You’ll be on the front lines, representing Lightci’s (and at times, our customer’s) brand, and driving outbound headhunting efforts for both internal and external talent within the engineering, product, and design space.
This role is best suited for the “pure hunter” type, who loves the thrill of recruiting in a fast-paced environment (we work harder AND smarter), is creative with their sourcing strategy, and finds joy in helping people advance their careers.
