QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft collaboration platform, generative AI technologies as well as Security and Governance for AI
  • Proven ability to drive technical and business outcomes for customers and partners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for learning and maintaining technical knowledge.
  • Cloud Trust. Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation) and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.
  • Able to work cohesively with customers, members of the Microsoft (or similar) sales, services, and marketing organizations and Microsoft (or similar) partners required.
  • Excellent Communicator. Communication and collaboration, organizational, presentation, deep technical product demo, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Highly driven passionate person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations required.
  • Growth Mindset. Experience and passion for learning (technical and professional skills); implementing practices from others; trying, failing and learning from the experience; sharing practices and knowledge for others’ benefit required.
  • Technical breadth. Customer experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft 365 data lifecycle management solutions for all job functions, Core Collaboration and Communications content; Teams platform extensibility for low code/no code as well as custom API’s; competitive unified communications solutions and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions with infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management preferred.
  • Executive Presence. Validated experience engaging with senior level executives preferred.
  • Consultative Technical Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative technical selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customers problems and being customer focused preferred.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS CAPACITY, THE TS COLLABORATES CLOSELY WITH A DEDICATED TEAM OF SPECIALISTS, DESIGNING AND DEPLOYING SOPHISTICATED SOLUTIONS THAT UTILIZE THE CORE STRENGTHS OF MICROSOFT 365, THE TEAMS PLATFORM, AND THE BROADER MICROSOFT SOLUTIONS STACK. THE INSIGHTS PROVIDED BY THE TS ARE INVALUABLE, DIRECTLY INFLUENCING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING STRATEGIES, AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED INITIATIVES. MOREOVER, THE TS PLAYS A PIVOTAL ROLE IN OVERCOMING TECHNICAL AND COMPETITIVE CHALLENGES, THEREBY ACCELERATING SALES AND ENHANCING CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT.

A TS is also expected to maintain and expand their deep technical expertise, not only in Microsoft technologies but also in other cloud-based infrastructures. By sharing knowledge and best practices, the TS contributes to the collective intelligence of the community, leading to significant technical and business outcomes for customers, partners, and Microsoft itself. This role is not just about technical acumen; it’s about leadership and the ability to drive innovation and transformation across the industry.
