Apply to find out more. About you: As a Technical Support Engineer you will be accountable for working with a case load of customers. You will get a buzz from helping people, be customer centric whilst having strong analytical and problem solving skills, being passionate about how our software can make our customers businesses better, through solving business critical problems. You will have a technical background, be a creative thinker and be solution focused. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide high-quality customer support, answering queries and ensuring optimal software usage. • Respond to inquiries promptly, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Engage customers across multiple channels and promote the Access Customer Success Portal. • Contribute to customer experience improvement through knowledge base content and proactive problem-solving. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in external software support with skills in MS SQL Server scripting and data issue resolution. • Quick to understand technical concepts, adaptable to changing priorities, and skilled in self-planning. • Effective communicator with a constructive, customer-focused approach and strong team collaboration. • Goal-oriented, maintaining professionalism under pressure, with enthusiasm and a strong focus on delivery.
