POSITION SUMMARY
DigiCert is in the market for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and innovative Senior Technical Trainer who will be responsible for design and development of DigiCert’s “Technical Professional” and “PKI Architect” certification programs.
DigiCert is the global leader in delivering private and public digital trust solutions. As the Senior Technical Trainer, you will design, develop and deliver training to internal staff, partners, and customers on DigiCert public key infrastructure (PKI) products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs through a needs assessment process, consulting with key stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities that can be addressed through learning interventions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain learning content, including instructor-led and self-paced, eLearning training on DigiCert products and services
- Facilitate online and live instructor-led training sessions for DigiCert internal staff, partners, and customers.
- Act as project leader in managing deliverables, schedules, and overall implementation of programs.
- Create complex virtual lab environments that supports our virtual, instructor-led training offerings.
- Contribute innovative approaches to field enablement by keeping current with new learning methods and technologies.
