With our diverse team of technical writers and user experience (UX) designers we develop clear, comprehensive guides, knowledge materials and user-centric designs. By continuously working on user assistance innovation, we stretch the boundaries of product documentation with in-app help, co-creation processes and AI.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a (senior) technical writer (f/m/d) on our team, you will:
- Be responsible for the creation of help content in close collaboration with developers, UX designers, product managers and other stakeholders
- Collaboratively define and review UI texts
- Research and define terminology
- Be the user’s advocate as an early tester of new technology
- Ensure linguistic correctness, technical accuracy, and usability of the content, adhering to standards and guidelines and production processes
- Participate in cross-department initiatives to improve quality, tools, processes and collaboration
- Leverage usage data and insights to guide decision-making
- Play an active role in investigating AI use cases and shaping the role of AI in user assistance
