THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting escalated IT issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11/8/7/XP), SCCM, Anti-Virus software, Microsoft 0365 applications, and basic TCP/IP networking.
- Active Directory (AD): Experience in AD administration.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively maintain services, software, access, and mobile devices for associates.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Facilities to ensure efficient onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Record and resolve user requests and troubleshooting within our IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
- Provide support for corporate-owned mobile devices, software, and applications.
- Offer on-site and remote assistance to Water Quality IT associates.
- Respond to outages and assist with problem triage and remediation of network and server issues.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and support wired and wireless connectivity.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and workshops.
- Provide regular on-call rotation support.
- Deliver technical training to non-IT associates and mentor junior staff.
