POSITION:

We are seeking a Line Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical or mechatronic experience gained within MG spa’s internal departments. The role involves regular visits to client production sites to provide updates on the operational status of installed systems. Specifically, the Supervisor will:

• Maintain constant communication with clients to promptly identify and understand any issues as they arise.
• Report these issues back to the Head Office and MVM, and with the company’s organizational and logistical support, ensure resolution.
• During site visits, prepare or arrange for the preparation of spare parts lists, technical interventions, and improvements to existing systems. MVM will handle all related bureaucratic and organizational tasks.

Customer satisfaction is the main goal
The primary workplace is at MVM, but the Supervisor is expected to travel to German and Dutch clients for at least 3 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to relocate to Germany is required.
• A type B driving license is necessary, along with a good command of English (if German is not known), and strong empathy with clients.
