Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Enterprise Architect to design and implement data strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data architecture, governance, and management, with a proven track record of transforming complex data environments into scalable and efficient systems
Your Role
1.Data Architecture Design:
o Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture, ensuring it supports the overall business strategy.
o Design data models and structures to facilitate data integration, Streaming Platforms.
2.Data Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs and develop strategies to support decision-making.
o Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business innovation and efficiency
o Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy.
3.Technical Leadership:
o Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing, Data Ingestion, DevOps, ETL processes, Streaming Solutions ( Real time using Java, Kafka).
o Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies that fit organizational needs.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and analysts.
4.Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure cohesive data solutions.
o Present architectural recommendations and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
5.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
o Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of data systems.
o Continuously assess and improve data architecture for scalability and efficiency.
o Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Btech) and master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
