Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (TO NAME A FEW):
- Working on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
- Designing and conducting experiments and analyzing and interpreting data.
- Acting as a resource for other team members, leading projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
- Evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Based in Legnica and working within office, lab, prototype cell and manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for new material development assignments and basic fundamental, theoretical (’ blue-sky’) research.
- The scope includes fundamental material characterization, processing studies & impact to product performance, quality, safety & cost.
- You will work on small projects or as a contributor to larger projects while developing broad knowledge and skills in material science and manufacturing technology, ultimately resulting in successful commercialization of new products and/or processes.
- You will have the opportunity to learn and apply Six Sigma tools, project management and decision-making processes. As part of a cross functional team, you will learn the importance of individual contributions and teamwork to achieve goals
